Objectives:
In a challenging and fast moving business environment where key resources are in short supply, employers need to take a strategic approach to Talent Management. As attracting, developing, retaining talent remains the issue number One for companies operating in China, this means first ensuring that Talent Management priorities and practices fully support the needs of the business. It also requires that all aspects of Talent Management are aligned around those priorities.
The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce, in cooperation with the Foreign Affairs Office of Suzhou Municipal and with the great support of the Consulate General of Italy in Shanghai, has the pleasure to invite you to attend the 7th Suzhou Appreciation Meeting on 27th May, 2014.
